| Position Description:
A Shift Manager is responsible for managing shifts at an Arby’s Restaurant towards the attainment of agreed-upon Company goals and profits, while working within the framework of DRM’s Corporate Philosophy, Purpose, Mission Statement, Vision, Action, Policies and Objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager with all facets of the successful operations for one(1) Arby’s Restaurant.
•Provide a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees.
•Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with all aspects in generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively.
•Operate in accordance with Federal/State Laws, DRM Policy Manual, and OSM.
Job Qualifications:
•Outstanding motivational and leadership abilities
•Previous restaurant experience a plus
•A willingness to learn and grow
